Privacy Policy

GENNOFIT LLC ("GENNOFIT," "we," "us," or "our") runs the GENNOFIT website, the 6-Week Ab Challenge with Genno, and the GENNOFIT app (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Pre-order details: your name and email address when you check out, and your order number.
- Waitlist sign-ups: your email address when you ask us to remind you, plus the page you signed up from and an approximate country.
- Messages: anything you send us, such as support or refund requests.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited details from Stripe, such as your email, the amount paid, the payment status and refunds. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Device, browser and operating system details
- IP address and approximate location (country or city level)
- Pages viewed, buttons clicked, how far you scroll, and how you arrived (for example, a link in an Instagram bio)
- Session recordings and heatmaps that show how visitors use our pages. Text you type into forms is masked.
2. Cookies, pixels and analytics
We use cookies, pixels and similar tools to run the site, understand how it is used, and measure our advertising. The providers we use are:

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
Visitors in Europe (EEA, UK and Switzerland) see a cookie banner. Analytics and advertising tools that use cookies stay off until you accept. If you decline, we only count visits without cookies.
3. How we use information
- Process your pre-order and send your receipt and order updates
- Give you access to the challenge and the app when they open
- Email you when the app is live, if you joined the waitlist
- Answer questions and handle refunds
- Understand how people use the site so we can improve it
- Measure which ads and posts bring people to the site
- Prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations
4. Email
Order and account emails. If you pre-order, we email you about your purchase, your access to the challenge, refunds and important changes to this policy. These are part of providing what you bought.
Waitlist reminders. If you ask us to remind you, we use your email only to tell you when the app goes live and about the challenge.
Marketing. We only send other promotional emails if you have opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop by emailing gennofitness@gmail.com. We act on opt-out requests within 10 business days.
5. How we share information
- Payment processing: Stripe, to take your payment.
- Service providers: companies that host the site, store data, send email or provide analytics, only to the extent they need it to work for us.
- Advertising partners: when you pre-order and have allowed tracking, we send Meta and TikTok a record of the purchase (amount, order number, and a scrambled, or hashed, copy of your email that cannot be read back) so they can tell us which ads led to sales.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
- Business changes: if GENNOFIT is involved in a merger, sale or similar transaction.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the Service, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Waitlist emails are deleted when you ask us to, or once they are no longer needed. Analytics data is kept for the period each provider's settings allow.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- See the personal information we hold about you
- Correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Object to or limit how we use it, including opting out of targeted advertising
- Withdraw consent you have given, such as for cookies or marketing emails
To make a request, email gennofitness@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. California residents can use the same address to exercise their rights under the CCPA, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
8. International users
GENNOFIT is based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
9. Children
The Service is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian's permission to purchase. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when the GENNOFIT app launches. If we make material changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
